Eastern Morris Cranes Company [EMC] based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a Joint venture company between the Zamil Group of Saudi Arabia and Columbus McKinnon Corporation [CMCO] of USA.
From the Year 1991 till 2000 We were selling cranes as a traded product in the name of HA Zamil Group & Brothers Company. Eastern Morris Cranes Co was formed in the year 2001 & started its full-fledged manufacturing Facility in Dammam to cater to Saudi & Middle East Market.
In 2004 Eastern Morris Cranes Company [EMC] was approved from SAUDI ARAMCO as a Saudi National Company to Manufacturer Overhead cranes, Gantry cranes & Jib cranes.
EMC had a Product Range that includes Design, Manufacture, Install Test & Commission of:
- Electric Overhead Traveling (EOT) Cranes – Single & Double girder design
- Goliath (Portal) & Semi Goliath Cranes
- Monorail hoists – Electric wire rope, Electric Chain hoists, Manual Chain Hoists
- Jib cranes – Pillar & Wall mounted, up to 360 degrees slewing
- Special purpose cranes, Explosion Proof Hazardous Cranes, and Hoists

Our Factory
Industry Leading Facility
Our production employees are working exclusively in crane girder fabrication, assembly, Rail & Crane installations and after sales service. All crane girders are Grit blasted to SA 2.5 and a 3-coat epoxy painting system is applied as standard. Special painting systems can be offered if required.
The cranes are assembled and shop tested, witnessed by the Client/Consultant prior to dispatch thus avoiding prolonged site works, by supplying assembled cranes.
The crane erection, installation and the commissioning is carried out by our team of technicians. Our service division have experienced crane engineers and suitably qualified technicians, who understand the need for quality and safety requirements of our clients.
